We're currently renovating a 3-storey house in the heart of old Schiltigheim near Strasbourg. The house had been neglected for a number of years, and our teams were faced with a mammoth task. After an initial feasibility study, we decided to make use of the ground and first floors, as well as the attic space, leaving aside the basement, which was too costly. The aim of this building is to accommodate an Airbnb for 4 people, as well as a shared apartment with 5 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All the plans were modified to meet these specifications, and every problem was solved - we even turned a toilet into an entrance! It goes without saying that once the renovations have been completed, we'll also have to decorate the premises to make them unique and functional, notably with custom-designed furniture for the Airbnb part.
